Then give it a few days, sometimes longer. AI works instantly, but we need some time to hand-check & approve the DM
Write in whatever language is comfortable — English, Hinglish, Marathi are all fine. Write it like you'd tell a friend.
Contact the rescuer on the card — they know the cat best, and we don't stand in between. They'll ask about your home and family. That's how they find the right match. They'll also ask whether your windows and balconies are netted, so it's worth reading that first.
Not ready to adopt yet? Read what living with a cat in a Pune flat actually takes — the steps, the first-week shopping, litter in the monsoon, hair on everything, what a kitten eats.
Picked one? The adopter form is the five-minute way to introduce yourself to the rescuer.
One quiet ask: if you're open to a grown cat rather than a kitten, say so. Kittens go quickly. Adult cats wait months for the same message, and they are very often the easier ones to live with.
