Why so many questions?
Fair question — this is more than a pet shop would ever ask. That's the point: we never charge a rupee, so trust is the only currency here. Every question below exists because of something that once went wrong for a cat. Your rescuer has usually bottle-fed this kitten at 3 a.m.; the form is how they hand over their heart with some peace of mind. Your details stay with the rescuer, used only for adoption records.
How it works
Tap the button to copy the form, paste it into WhatsApp or Instagram, type your answers under each question, and send it to the rescuer whose cat you want to adopt. Not talking to a rescuer yet? Send it to @catadoption_pune and we'll take it from there.

15. Will you send photo/video updates every Sunday, and are you okay with a volunteer visit if needed?:
16. Do you agree to care for this cat lifelong — and if it ever truly can't work out, return them to the rescuer, never onto the road?:

About the address and Aadhaar
These feel like the "too much" ones, so here's the honest reason: they're our only background check. No fees means no paper trail — the address and Aadhaar are how rescuers keep real adoption records, and how a cat stays findable if something goes wrong. They go to your rescuer, nowhere else.
